The CP40 is supplied pre-enabled with 80CB/PRS open channels and can support an additional 119 private (commercial frequency) channels with a maximum power output of 5W.

Designed, engineered & manufactured in Australia, the CP40 is geared towards entry-level commercial applications with practical features such as channel announcement, 45 channels per second scanning, 19 hours standard talk time, as well as loud & clear 1.5 Watt audio output.

Built to military grade standards, the CP40 is dust & drop resistant as well as waterproof to a depth of one metre for 30 mins (IP67 Ingress Protection).

The CP40 is backed by GME Commercial’s standard 5-year warranty.
